Returns & Exchanges

If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, unworn, and free of pet hair.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Drop Off

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
